The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements made by UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOB Kay Hian"), on behalf of the Board on 7 April 2020, 22 April 2020, 15 May 2020, 3 June 2020 and 15 June 2020 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SCIB, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that the Placement Shares of 36,750,000 issued pursuant to the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 June 2020, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
