Proposed Renewal Of Shareholder Mandate For Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature ("PROPOSED SHAREHOLDER MANDATE")

Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has on 27 April 2020, proposed to seek approval for the Proposed Shareholder Mandate from the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.  A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholder Mandate is currently being prepared and will be despatched to shareholders at a later date.
