Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the announcements dated 24 January 2019, 11 June 2019, 28 June 2019, 15 July 2019 and 13 November 2019 (“Announcements”). Further to the Announcements, SCIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 November 2019 released the final balance of the purchase price in respect of the Property to the Reignvest Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Following the above, the Board wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition is completed on the same date. This announcement is dated 29 November 2019 |
