Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Announcements dated 24 January 2019, 11 June 2019 and 28 June 2019 and 15 July 2019 (“Announcements”).

Further to the Announcements, SCIB or ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company had on 13 November 2019 agreed with the Vendor to further extend the validity of the SPA from the Extended Completion Period expiring on the 13th November 2019 by another forty (40) days thereby expiring on the 23rd December 2019 to enable the Purchaser to settle the final balance of the purchase price in respect of the Property.

A copy of the Letter of Extension is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Lot 1258, Jalan Utama, Pending Industrial Estate, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak during normal business office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
