We refer to the announcement dated 26 April 2021 and the circular to shareholders dated 8 June 2021 ("Circular") in relation to the Capital Reduction. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had, via its legal counsel, filed an application to the High Court in relation to the Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act.
