On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 October 2021 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.3839 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM0.3839 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.99% to the 5-day VWAP of SCIB Shares up to and including 4 October 2021, being the last traded day of SCIB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.4265 per SCIB Shares.
