The Board of Directors of SCIB ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has on 15 August 2019 received a notice of the Offer ("Notice") from UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd on behalf of the Offeror, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in SCIB not already held by the Offeror and persons acting in concert with the Offeror ("Offer Share(s)") for a cash consideration of RM1.10 per Offer Share.
A copy of the Notice is enclosed in this announcement and the same will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within seven (7) days from the date of this announcement.
