Proposed acquisition of a parcel of land together with two (2) units of industrial buildings erected thereon situated at Sejingkat Industrial Park, Kuching described as Lot 830 Block 7 Muara Tebas Land District by SCIB Concrete Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. ("SCIBCM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB") from Reignvest Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("RCSB") for a cash consideration of RM8,236,000.00 ("Proposed Acquisition") |

Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Announcements dated 24 January 2019, 11 June 2019 and 28 June 2019 (“Announcements”). Further to the Announcements, SCIB or ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company had, on 15 July 2019, received the approval letter (“Approval Letter”) from the Land and Survey Department, Kuching division for the transfer of the Property from the Vendor to the Company. Pursuant to the above, all the conditions precedent in the SPA have been fulfilled and the SPA is now unconditional. Consequently, SCIBCM and the Vendor have three (3) months to complete the SPA. A copy of the Approval Letter is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Lot 1258, Jalan Utama, Pending Industrial Estate, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak during normal business office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this Announcement. This Announcement is dated 15 July 2019. |
