Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 3 May 2021, 10 May 2021, 18 May 2021, 27 May 2021, 18 August 2021, 26 August 2021, 27 August 2021, 3 September 2021, 10 September 2021, 13 September 2021, 5 October 2021, 13 October 2021, 14 October 2021 and 18 October 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that after considering the uncertainty of the current market condition, the Board has decided to abort tranche 4 of the Private Placement. The placement funds received for tranche 4 of the Private Placement will be refunded to the respective placees.
