We refer to all the announcements made earlier and the latest dated 3 July 2018 in relation to the legal proceedings (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company has obtained interim Ex-parte Injunction on 3 July 2018 to restrain the Defendants from selling, transferring or dealing with SCIB’s shares issued to them as part of the consideration shares under the Share Sale Agreement dated 28 December 2016, pending the resolution of the dispute under the said Share Sale Agreement.

Arising from this, the Company’s solicitors, Messrs J Marimuttu & Partners, Advocates and Solicitors (“J. Marimuttu”) has received Affidavit in Opposition from the Defendants on 16 August 2018. The interim Ex-parte Injunction against the Defendants was extended to 12 October 2018. Accordingly, SCIB has filed in the Affidavit in Reply to the Defendants Affidavit in Opposition, through its solicitors, J. Marimuttu & Partners on 18 September 2018.
