Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has on 13 April 2018, proposed to seek approval for the Proposed Shareholder Mandate from the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.  A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholder Mandate is currently being prepared and will be despatched to shareholders at a later date.
