We refer to the announcements dated 28 December 2016, 26 January 2017, 17 February 2017, 2 March 2017, 3 March 2017, 8 March 2017, 29 March 2017, 21 April 2017, 8 May 2017, 26 May 2017, 31 May 2017, 1 June 2017, 3 July 2017, 6 October 2017, 11 October 2017, 31 October 2017, 3 November 2017 and 6 November 2018 ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd. (“IPS”) wishes to announce that, on 6 April 2018, IPS had on behalf of the Board, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of three (3) months from 21 April 2018 to 20 July 2018 to enable SCIB to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
