Issuance Of Annual Report For The Financial Period Ended 30 June 2021

Reference is made to the announcement made by Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (“SCIB” or “the Company”) on 26 October 2021 on the subject matter. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.

SCIB wishes to update that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 11 November 2021 dismissed the Company’s appeal against the rejection by Bursa Securities on 25 October 2021 of its EOT application ("Decision")  and uphold the Decision as communicated on 25 October 2021.
