Reduction Of The Issued Share Capital Of SCIB Pursuant To Section 116 Of The Companies Act 2016 ("ACT") ("CAPITAL REDUCTION")

We refer to the announcement dated 26 April 2021 and the Circular dated 8 June 2021 in relation to the Capital Reduction. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 25 November 2021. Pursuant thereto, the Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 25 November 2021.
