Issuance Of Annual Report For The Financial Period Ended 30 June 2021

Reference is made to the previous announcements made by Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (“SCIB” or “the Company”) on 26 October 2021 and 11 November 2021 on the subject matter. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(3A) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, SCIB wishes to announce the status of the issuance of its outstanding Annual Report 2021 as follows:-

1. The Annual Report 2021 of SCIB remains outstanding as the Audit of the Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2021 is still ongoing.

2. The expected date of issuance of the Annual Report 2021 is 31 December 2021.

3. The Company is working closely with its external auditor to finalise the audit of the Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2021 and to issue the Annual Report 2021 as soon as possible by the above expected date of issuance.
