On behalf of the Board of Directors of ("Board"), Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement comprising 5,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.60 per Placement Share. 

The issue price of RM0.60 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.02 or approximately 3.23% to the last traded market price of SCIB Shares on 20 October 2017 of approximately RM0.62 per SCIB Share. The last traded market price was adopted instead of the 5-day volume weighted average price because there was no trading activity of SCIB Shares for the last five (5) market days from 24 October 2017 to 30 October 2017.
