Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcements On behalf of the Board, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd. wishes to announce that, on 10 October 2017, Bursa Malaysia Securities Sdn Bhd had resolved to grant SCIB an extension of time of six (6) months until 20 April 2018 to complete the Proposed Private Placement.
