The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 31 May 2017, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 27 April 2017 were carried. All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
