We refer to the announcement dated 28 December 2016 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcement. Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd., on behalf of the Board of Directors of SCIB, wishes to announce that an application in relation to the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares and Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed CGSB Acquisition and Proposed Private Placement respectively have been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for approval on 26 January 2017.
