Further to the announcement made on 25 November 2016 for the proposed divestment of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each representing 40% issued and paid up share capital of Influx Meridian Sdn. Bhd. to KTS Properties & Construction Sdn. Bhd. for a total sale consideration of RM5,000,000 (“Proposed Divestment”), Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad wishes to announce that it has on 9 December 2016 received the Form of Transfer of Securities (Form 32A) dated 25 November 2016 duly stamped on 2 December 2016. Hence, the Proposed Divestment was completed on 25 November 2016.
