The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, SCIB Industrialised Building System Sdn. Bhd. (“the Plaintiff”) had on 5 July 2016 through its solicitor, Messrs. Loke, King, Goh & Partners Advocates sealed a Writ and Statement of Claim in respect of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak Suit No. KCH-22NCvC-41/7-2016(HC 2) which was filed at the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at Kuching (“Civil Suit”) against Millennium Crest Sdn. Bhd. (“the Defendant”).

The Defendant is required within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Writ and Statement of Claim to enter appearance, failing which, the Plaintiff will proceed to obtain judgement against the Defendant without further notice.
