Appointment Of External Auditors

We refer to our announcement dated 22 March 2023 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Nexia SSY PLT (LLP0019490-LCA & AF 002009) as External Auditors of SCIB.

The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that having obtained the Consent to Act pursuant to Section 264(5) and (6) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. Kreston John & Gan (AF 0113) of Unit B-10-8, Megan Avenue II, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, the appointment of Messrs. Kreston John & Gan as the new External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2023 shall be effective on 12 April 2023, the date of the Consent to Act.
