Requisition By Shareholders To Convene Extraordinary General Meeting

Pursuant to the Company’s announcement dated 31 May 2023 on the Notice of Intention from the shareholders of the Company to call for an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) to be held pursuant to Section 310(b) of the Companies Act 2016, the Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that the targeted date of the EGM will be on 28 June 2023 and the Notice of EGM will be sent on 13 June 2023.
