Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 6 July 2023 in relation to the Settlement Agreement entered between SCIB Properties Sdn. Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary Company and Awana JV Suria Saga Sdn. Bhd. Unless otherwise stated, the words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 6 July 2023. The Board of Directors of SCIB is pleased to announce that the agreed Payment Schedule set out in the Settlement Agreement dated 6 July 2023 as mentioned under item 2.4.1 (a) of the Company’s Announcement dated 6 July 2023, is set out in the attachment below.
