Reference is made to the previous Company’s announcement made by Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (“SCIB” or “the Company”) on 5 September 2023 in relation to the  acceptance by SCIB Infraworks Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 200101019133 (554890-K)) the Notice of Termination issued by Satria Kasturi (M) Sdn. Bhd. to mutually terminate the Contract. Unless otherwise stated, the words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 5 September 2023.

The Board of Directors of SCIB is pleased to announce the additional information of the Contract, is set out in the attachment below.
