Reference is made to the previous Company’s announcement made on 16 January 2024 in relation to the  acceptance of a letter of award and Acceptance by its wholly-owned subsidiary company, SCIB Industrialised Building System Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 200101019137 (554894-A)) (“SCIBIBS”) for an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contract from Landasan Kapital (M) Sdn. Bhd. The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that SCIBIBS had on 12 March 2024 acknowledged and accepted the Notice of Termination issued by Landasan Kapital (M) Sdn. Bhd. to mutually terminate the Contract.
