The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or "Company") wishes to announce that SCIB Industrialised Building System Sdn. Bhd. ("SIBS") [Registration No.: 200101019137 (554894-A)], a wholly owned subsidiary of SCIB had on 18 July 2024 accepted the Islamic Banking Facilities amounting to RM70,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Seventy Million Only) ("Facilities") granted by Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Berhad ("SME Bank" or "the Bank"). Both SCIB and SIBS are collectively referred to as the Group.
