Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.

Reference is made to the earlier announcement on 29 January 2024 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the necessary confirmations pursuant to Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements have been submitted to Bursa Securities today for the implementation of the LTIP. Accordingly, the effective date for the implementation of the LTIP is 24 July 2024.
