The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that SCIB Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("SCIBP") [Registration No.: 200101019135 (554892-V)], an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SCIB had on 29 November 2024 accepted the Banking Facilities amounting to RM21,200,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty-One Million and Two Hundred Thousand Ringgit Only) ("Facilities") granted by RHB Islamic Bank Berhad ("RHB Bank" or "the Bank").
