The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 December 2024 received Notices of Intention to Appoint Director(s) dated 5 December 2024 ("Notice of Intention") endorsed by the shareholders of the Company, Wong Wai Pheng and Yeoh Guan Fook, of their intention to propose the election of the following persons to the Board of Directors of the Company at the Company's Forty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("48th AGM") to be conducted on a virtual basis at the Broadcast Venue at B-21-1, Level 21, Tower B, Northpoint Mid Valley City, No. 1, Medan Syed Putra Utara, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan through live streaming and online remote voting via Remote Participation and Voting ("RPV") facilities at https://scib-agm.digerati.com.my (Domain registration number D1A119533) provided by Digerati Technologies Sdn. Bhd. on Thursday, 19 December 2024 at 2:00 p.m. pursuant to Paragraph 7.28 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Article 123 of the Company's Constitution:-

A copy of the Notice of Intention dated 5 December 2024 received from Wong Wai Pheng and Yeoh Guan Fook together with its enclosures is attached.

The Board of Directors will take the necessary action accordingly and will make the appropriate announcement in relation thereto in due course.
