Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement made on 10 February 2025 in relation to the Civil Suit No. BA-22NCC-17-02/2025 SCIB Properties Sdn. Bhd. and SCIB, collectively referred to as (“the Plaintiffs”) vs. Awana JV Suria Saga Sdn. Bhd. and MBSB Bank Berhad. Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement.

The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to update that the Court has adjourned the hearing for Plaintiffs’ Interlocutory Injunction Application which was initially fixed on 12 March 2025 to 10 April 2025.

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
