The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that the name of the Risk Management Committee ("RMC") has been changed to the Risk Management and Sustainability Committee (“RMSC”) with effect from 26 February 2025. The Terms of Reference of the RMSC can be found at https://scib.com.my/live/corporate_governance.html. 

The rationale for the change is to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the RMSC in discharging their duties and responsibilities. The composition of the RMC (now known as RMSC) as of this announcement are as follows:-

(i) Kang Wei Luen (Chairman);

(ii) Dr. Dang Nguk Ling (Member); and

(iii) Ng Cheng Shin (Member)
