Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 28 October 2024, 29 October 2024 and 12 November 2024 (“Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company, after having considered its existing operational needs and plans, will need to re-evaluate its fund raising options. In view thereof, on behalf of the Company, Malacca Securities had on 28 February 2025, submitted an application to Bursa Securities to withdraw the listing application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.
