Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 28 February 2025 ("Earlier Announcement") in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to clarify that the Company has decided not to proceed with the Proposed Private Placement.
The Company will re-evaluate its funding options and decide on the most appropriate fund raising proposal moving forward.
