| The Board of Directors has approved the change in the Company's financial year end from to 30 June to 31 October ("Change"). The Change is necessitated by the recent change of Board composition of the Company. In light of this, additional time is needed for the newly appointed Directors to familiarise and understand the operations and financial matters of the Company and its subsidiaries. Accordingly, the next set of financial statements will cover 16 months from 1 July 2024 to 31 October 2025. |
