Further to the Company’s announcement made on 20 June 2025 ("Announcement") in relation to the Change in Financial Year End from 30 June 2025 to 31 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 August 2025 received the approval from Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for the extension of time up to 30 April 2026 to hold its 49th Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016.
