All abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as that given in the Announcements unless stated otherwise.

The Board of Directors of SCIB would like to inform that the Court has vacated the Case Management for the Suit which was previously fixed on 22 August 2025 and rescheduled to 19 September 2025. The Hearing for SCIB’s application for further and better particulars (Enclosure 49) which was filed on 16 July 2025 will be heard on the same date.

The Court has also fixed the trial for the Suit on 11 to 15 January 2027.

SCIB will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further material updates.
