The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the existing Share Option Plan (“SOP”) Options pursuant to the LTIP offered, granted, and vested on 14 October 2024 (“First SOP Offer”) will be cancelled with effect from 28 August 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws.
