We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 15 March 2021, 22 September 2021, 6 July 2023, 7 July 2023, 15 April 2024, 25 July 2024, 30 July 2024, 1 August 2024, 13 January 2025, 16 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 27 January 2025, 10 February 2025, 26 February 2025, 10 March 2025, 10 April 2025, 22 April 2025, 23 April 2025, 20 May 2025, 02 July 2025, 01 August 2025 and 22 August 2025 (collectively referred to as the “Announcements”).
All abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as that given in the Announcements unless stated otherwise.
The Hearing for SCIB’s application for further and better particulars (Enclosure 49) which was heard on 19 September 2025 has been dismissed.
The Board of Directors of SCIB would like to inform that the Court has vacated the trial for the Suit which was previously fixed on 11 until 15 January 2027 and rescheduled to 4 until 8 January 2027.
The Court has also fixed the next physical Case Management for the Suit on 5 December 2025.
SCIB will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further material updates.
