| The Board of Directors has approved to further extend the Company's financial year end from 31 October to 31 December ("Change"). The Change is to enhance operational efficiency, particularly to streamline the financial reporting, audit and tax submission processes of the Company. Accordingly, the next set of financial statements will cover 18 months from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025. |
