Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 29 September 2025 ("Announcement") in relation to the Change in Financial Year End from 31 October 2025 to 31 December 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 October 2025 received the approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the extension of time up to 30 June 2026 to hold its 49th Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016.
