We refer to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 27 July 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Announcement”).

All abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as that given in the Announcement unless stated otherwise.

The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (“SCIB”) wishes to update that, on 10 October 2025, the High Court has dismissed SCIB’s claim against Dynamic Prestige Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (“Dynamic Prestige”) with cost of RM35,000.00, on the ground that the documentary evidence presented was not sufficient to support SCIB’s claim at this stage.

However, after careful consideration of the sealed copy of the Judgment received from the High Court on 27 October 2025 and following consultations with the Company's solicitors, SCIB has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal on the same date. The Company remains confident in the strength of its claim for the recovery of the debt owed by Dynamic Prestige to SCIB.

SCIB remains committed to upholding its rights and will continue to act prudently and lawfully in safeguarding its interests.

Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on this matter.
