Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 June 2025, 18 July 2025, 26 September 2025 and 8 October 2025 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has resolved to grant the Company an extension of time up to 26 November 2025 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements for the issuance of the Circular to its shareholders in relation to the Proposals.
