Provision Of Financial Assistance

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 15 April 2024 pertaining to the Settlement cum Appointment of Contractor Agreement between Awana JV Suria Saga Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 201601020432 (1191370-X)) ("Proprietor/Developer") and the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, SCIB Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 200101019135k (544892-V)) ("SCIBP") (Main Contractor) in relation to Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning ("EPCC") contract awarded to SCIBP. 

The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or "Company") wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) and Practice Note No. 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided during the quarter ended 30 September 2025 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of the Company and the Group ("SCIB Group") is set out in the attachment below.
