Notice Of Bonus Entitlement

Issuance of up to 245,265,000 warrants in Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB") ("Warrant(s)") to the existing shareholders of SCIB on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares held in SCIB held as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 February 2021.

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 2 Feb 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 3 Feb 2021

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the entitled warrantholders central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled warrantholders are not required to take any action. 

The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to all the entitled warrantholders of SCIB within 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Entitled warrantholders are not required to take any action.
