The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 August 2020, 14 September 2020, 12 October 2020, 17 November 2020, 15 December 2020 and 31 December 2020 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SCIB, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue of Shares has been completed following the listing and quotation for 367,897,500 Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 4 January 2021.

For information purposes, the Issue of Free Warrants is still pending with completion to-date. Relevant announcements pertaining to the implementation of the Issue of Free Warrants will be made in due course.
