Multiple Proposals

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 August 2020, 14 September 2020, 12 October 2020, 17 November 2020 and 15 December 2020 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SCIB, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 31 December 2020 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares, 367,897,500 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares.

The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 4 January 2021, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
