The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Offer. We refer to the announcements dated 15 August 2019, 16 August 2019, 19 August 2019, 22 August 2019 and 5 September 2019 in relation to the Offer.
The Board of Directors of SCIB ("Board") wishes to announce that SCIB has on today received a press notice from UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the offer document dated 5 September 2019, which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer enclosed therein ("Offer Document"), has been dispatched to the shareholders of SCIB on even date.
A copy of the Offer Document (together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer) is also available on the website of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
